Just had a fucking epiphany.
Basically just thinking about how when we sleep, “we” are asleep but the brain is still functioning and ‘awake’. We would say “we” are asleep but our brain is still awake and performing jobs. Just thinking everything in the body acts individually…then comes together to create the “mind” which then becomes an entity on it’s own....

Despite being a poor ass bitch my weight loss is going okay. scales would help but yeah I feel generally fitter after these 2 weeks of good food and good exercise. Usually though when I get to this point I think…yeah i’ve done well…TIME FOR A TREAT and RUIN it aha. Gotta keep focused on the goal.
